Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Maison Amare jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we do provide refunds and exchanges.

1. Refund / Exchange Process

Using your order number as a reference, explain the reason that you are requesting a refund or exchange.

We will then review your email within 24 hours, and if your request meets our refund / exchange policy, we will approve your request and send you our return shipping info.

If your request does not meet our policy requirements, we will contact you in order to explain your best course of action.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected.

If you choose to exchange your item, we will give you a gift card to the value of the item you have exchanged. This gift card can then be used to make any purchase on our store up to the value of the exchanged item. If you choose an item that costs more than the value of the gift card, you will be required to pay in the difference.

2. Return / Exchange Period

All orders within South Africa may be returned or exchanged as long as we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, in which case shipping costs will be refunded once the item is inspected by our team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or engraved jewellery cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

4. Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

5. Exchange Process

To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team as stated above and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty.
