At Maison Amare, we work with Bob Go and their trusted courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely, securely, and on time. Currently we only offer shipping within South Africa.

Orders over R1,200 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping covers door-to-door delivery, Bob Box smart locker pickup, and Pargo Click & Collect pickup — whichever options are available in your area will be shown at checkout. Orders under R1,200, and customers who choose express shipping, will be required to pay for shipping. Please see in-depth details on our shipping policy below. 1. Shipping Options

1.1 Free Door-to-Door Shipping

Eligibility: Orders over R1,200.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.

1.2 Standard Door-to-Door Shipping

Eligibility: Orders under R1,200.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
Courier Rates: Calculated at checkout by Bob Go based on your delivery address, typically between R80 and R150 for most areas.

1.3 Express Door-to-Door Shipping

Eligibility: Available on all orders for a fee, regardless of order value.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
Courier Rates: Calculated at checkout by Bob Go based on your delivery address, typically between R92 and R280 for most areas.

1.4 Free Bob Box Smart Locker Pickup

Eligibility: Orders over R1,200, where Bob Box lockers are available in your area.
Collect your parcel 24/7 from a secure Bob Box smart locker near you.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time to locker: 2–3 business days.
You will be notified by email/SMS when your parcel is ready for collection, along with a unique pickup code.
Collection window: please collect within the timeframe shown in your notification. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us.
Availability: limited to select urban areas. If no Bob Box locker is available near you, Pargo Click & Collect may be offered as an alternative.

1.5 Free Pargo Click & Collect Pickup

Eligibility: Orders over R1,200, where Pargo Click & Collect points are available in your area.
Collect your parcel from a nearby Pargo partner store during the store’s normal trading hours.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time to pickup point: 2–3 business days.
You will be notified by email/SMS when your parcel is ready for collection, along with collection instructions.
Collection window: please collect within the timeframe shown in your notification. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us.
Availability: Pargo Click & Collect points are available across South Africa, including many outlying areas where Bob Box lockers are not available.

2. Shipping Details

Courier Partners: All deliveries are handled by Bob Go’s integrated courier network.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking updates by email/SMS.
Delivery Areas: We ship throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary for outlying areas.
Available shipping options at checkout depend on your postal code. If a particular pickup option is not available in your area, it will not appear as a choice.

3. Handling & Processing

Orders are processed and handed to couriers within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00pm may only be processed the following business day.
Couriers operate Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier options available for your area.
For pickup options (Bob Box and Pargo): if you do not collect your parcel within the specified collection window, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated to you before the parcel is re-sent.
