How do I return an item?
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact our support team and we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, in which case shipping costs will be refunded once the item is received and examined by our team.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are welcome within the 7 day period, provided the item is in perfect condition.
(Please note that we cannot cover, or insure shipments made to us, and this will be done so at your own risk)
How long does shipping take?
South Africa: 2–5 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT/bank transfer, as well as all payment methods provided by the PayFast gateway. All payments are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR).
Is my jewellery insured during shipping?
Yes. All Maison Amare shipments are fully insured, from dispatch to delivery.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship
(excluding wear and tear, misuse, or loss)
Do you offer jewellery cleaning?
Yes. We provide free professional cleaning for products purchased from our store. You may bring your piece to our offices or ship it to us (at your expense) and we will clean it for you and make it feel new again.
