Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Maison Amare, we work with  Bob Go and their trusted courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely, securely, and on time. Currently we only offer shipping within South Africa.

All orders over R1200 qualify for free door to door shipping, orders under the value of R1200 and customers who choose express shipping will be required to pay for shipping. 1. Shipping Options

1.1 Free Door to Door Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders over R1,200 qualify for free door to door shipping.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • Liability Cover: Included on all shipments.

1.2 Standard Door to Door Shipping

  • Orders under R1200 will have to pay for shipping.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • Courier Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location, ranging between R80.50 for major cities and R126.50 for outlying areas.

1.3 Express Shipping

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Courier Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location, ranging between R92.00 for major cities and R155.25 for outlying areas.

1.4 Bob Box Locker to Locker Shipping

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • Courier Rates: R57.50 for Bob Box Locker to Locker Delivery. Limited to select areas.

2. Shipping Details

  • Courier Partners: All deliveries are handled by Bob Go’s integrated courier network.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking updates by email/SMS.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary for outlying areas.
  • Liability Cover: All parcels include limited liability cover.

3. Handling & Processing

  • Orders are processed and handed to couriers within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm may only be processed the following business day.
  • Couriers operate Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, weather, or other external factors.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier availability.
