2. Products & Pricing

All products are described and priced as accurately as possible.
Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Maison Amare reserves the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed.

3. Payments

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.
We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely. Maison Amare does not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
Maison Amare is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within “7 days” of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or engraved jewellery is “non-refundable”.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

6. Warranties & Care

All products are guaranteed to be authentic as described.
Natural variations in gemstones and precious metals are normal and not considered defects.
Maison Amare is not liable for damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Amare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
